Le Boucher d’Antan is a family own Company based in Cannes with origins from Alsace. We specialize in high quality, locally-raised meat and its products. We work with producers who share our passion for producing excellent meat respecting animal welfare.
The producers we are working with comes from prestigious French meat production areas.

Origins for our meat

BEEF

We are working with high quality French beef breeds as   Limousin, Charolais, Salers and Aubrac.
Our beef are always tenderized for a minimum of 15 days.

VEAL

Our milk-fed calves comes from local producers in Brive la Gaillard.

LAMB

Our lambs comes from Alpes de haute Provence.

PORC

Our porc comes from South West part of France.

POULTRY

Our poultry comes exclusively from Label Rouge farms of South West and Ain as well as famous Poulet de Bresse

Our star product is homemade cooked ham from farm pigs, where you will discover the true taste of home cooked ham. Cooked in low temperature process to keep all the flavors and juices.

We are specialists in home made traditional French terrines with various flavors.

SAUSAGES

We are producing home made sausages of different meats and flavors, lamb sausages, merquez, chipolata, beef sausages.
